Pistachio Gelato - La Sirenetta (San Vito Lo Capo)

Excellent pistachio gelato, overlooking the sea.

La Sirenetta is a gelateria located on the seafront of San Vito Lo Capo, a wonderful tourist destination in the province of Trapani, offering a wide selection of gelato and granita.

The gelato is very good, with excellent creaminess and an intense and well-defined pistachio flavor, with distinct toasted notes (but not excessive). You can perceive a good percentage of pistachio of good quality.

Unfortunately, I couldn't try the pistachio granita because it was sold out. However, I tried the mulberry granita and it is very good.
