Grilled meat
The quality of the meat is immediately apparent, from the beef tataki (pictured) to the tagliata, and even the pork t-bone. It is seasoned in a creative way—béarnaise sauce, parmesan shavings, three-pepper sauce, and more, depending on the combination—and served with excellent sides, like buttered new potatoes. The cooking is spot on: the meat remains tender and flavorful.
