A slight roasted flavor, but overall a bit anonymous.

Dolcerie, in Lentini, offers a wide selection of sweet and savory products. For breakfast, we tried their pistachio granita, accompanied, of course, by a classic brioche col tuppo.
The granita looks good in terms of color and texture, but it didn't quite convince us upon tasting due to a lack of distinct flavor. Sweetness (even if the sugar is well-balanced) and freshness prevail, but the pistachio taste fails to stand out. There is a slight roasted aroma, but nothing clearly reminiscent of real pistachio.
Overall, a fresh and pleasant granita, but one where the actual pistachio flavor, in my opinion, fails to shine, hence the rating of 4/10.
