Pasticceria di Santo Musumeci, in Randazzo, is famous for the high quality of its products, but especially for its unique and unconventional gelato flavors. We just had to try their granita al pistacchio.
The granita is very full-bodied and rich in crushed pistachios, with a very prominent pistachio flavor! The percentage of pistachio is very high, characterized by a "raw" and natural taste, without any aggressive roasting.
The sugar is also well-balanced (only 18%), making it perfect for those who don't like overly sweet products.
We also highly recommend their pistachio gelato, which maintains the same flavor characteristics.
