Eden Bar is an excellent bar in the heart of Aci Trezza, just a few steps from the seafront. We tried their pistachio granita.
The granita is overall pleasant, but unfortunately, there is a significant almond aftertaste that impacts the pistachio flavor, which would otherwise be good, with the right degree of roasting.
The consistency is very creamy, but not excessively so, which is enjoyable, although in this case, the experience is "ruined" by a slight powdery texture (perhaps stemming from the almond?).
In my opinion, this is a granita that, with small adjustments, could be much better, because the general foundations are there!
The brioche is extraordinary, super soft and tasty, among the best I've ever eaten.
The mulberry granita is also good, despite the color being a bit too "bright," even if it is slightly too sweet.
