Very strong almond presence.

Pasticceria Condorelli Orazio is located in Acireale, a city where the surname Condorelli is quite common (so it should not be confused with other establishments).
The granita has an intriguing texture; besides being creamy, it also has a strong "grainy" component due to the artisanal grinding.
Unfortunately, however, the flavor did not convince us, as there is a very strong almond presence that totally overpowers the pistachio.
We hope the pastry shop can revise the recipe, removing the almond, to best enhance the taste of the pistachio.
