Costa Caffè is a beautiful spot located in San Giovanni La Punta, inside the I Portali shopping center. It features spacious, welcoming areas with a relaxing, international vibe.
The granita al pistacchio is extremely creamy, highlighting the very high percentage of pistachio paste used in its preparation. It is not overly sweet.
The pistachio flavor is very toasted and prominent, so this granita has huge potential, but unfortunately, the final taste is marred by a significant almond aftertaste.
I sincerely hope they decide to remove that almond flavor, as it would easily become one of the most interesting granite in the area!
