La Dolce Vita Luxury Dessert is a pastry shop located in Viagrande.
The pistachio granita looks wonderful, both in its intense yet natural color and its extremely creamy and inviting texture.
Unfortunately, when tasting it, I couldn't clearly perceive the pistachio flavor. There is only a very faint toasted note, but it is hard to clearly identify it as pistachio.
The sugar is well-balanced and the craftsmanship is impeccable, but it lacks the pistachio flavor punch, perhaps due to the raw ingredients used (though I have no information on that).
It must be said, however, that the price is incredibly competitive: the granita in the photo, accompanied by an almond cornetto (delicious!), cost only 2 euros!
I hope they can reconsider the type of pistachio used (even if it means raising the price a bit), because I believe they have enormous potential.
