Pasticceria Pasubio is among the most renowned in Catania, thanks to a vast assortment of cakes and other pastry products.
The pistachio granita is of a very high standard, thanks to a very intense pistachio flavor, a clear sign of a high pistachio percentage and the use of high-quality raw materials.
The texture is very creamy, with a strong presence of finely chopped pistachio. The flavor is an excellent middle ground between roasting and naturalness.
The brioche is good, average. The other flavor in the photo (toasted almond) is also average.
The only real "flaw" is the presence of few seats, which are not particularly comfortable, given that it is a pastry shop that works mainly with takeaway.
