The granita is pleasant, with an average pistachio flavor and no almond aftertaste. They could increase the pistachio percentage a bit to make it bolder, while reducing the sugar, which is a little too prominent. The creaminess is also average.

The brioche is definitely superior, very soft and not too sweet.
