A good pistachio gelato in the cool air of Valverde!

We're back to talk about the legendary Chiosco Sciacca in Valverde (all reviews here) and this time we tried their pistachio gelato.
The color is very nice, and upon tasting, the pistachio flavor is present and well-defined, with good creaminess. The flavor balance is excellent, where neither the base nor the sugar are ever invasive, leaving the right amount of space for the pistachio taste.
Don't be fooled by the fact that it's a "kiosk," because this gelato is superior to many actual gelaterias. Furthermore, this large kiosk makes many delicious treats that make them truly famous, and you can sit at the tables to enjoy the cool air of Valverde.
The gelato is approved and recommended, while the granita convinced us a little less (though it's still good).
