Creamy and well-made gelato!

Pasticceria Quaranta is considered by many to be one of the best in Catania, thanks to their wide selection and product quality. After trying their pistachio granita, we moved on to tasting their pistachio gelato.
The gelato is truly well-made, with excellent structure and creaminess. The flavor is also very pleasant, never overly sweet, and without any unwanted aftertaste.
The pistachio flavor is present; while not super intense, its delicate nature comes through clearly, and it is certainly above the average for gelato in the city.
Ultimately, we can say that the gelato convinced us much more than the granita, from which we hope they might decide to remove the almond.
