Huge and good, but you can barely taste the pistachio.
Rating: 4/10
The pizzeria at the Passopomo agriturismo in Santa Venerina (Zafferana Etnea, in the province of Catania) offers a pizza with pistachio cream on its menu called "Passopomo".
Before analyzing it, we have a piece of advice: go check out our review of the margherita pizza + chopped pistachios from Pizzeria Passopomo.
Believe it or not, the one with cream is much less tasty than the one with just chopped pistachios. The full list of ingredients is as follows: mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, bacon, pistachio cream, and shaved Grana cheese. Very promising on paper, but a bit disappointing in reality, which is due to the fact that everything ends up too diluted in the mix of cream and mozzarella.

To be clear, it is a good pizza and there is a hint of pistachio, but nothing that manages to push it beyond a passing grade.

Editor's note: in all likelihood, this is the largest pizza you have ever eaten in your life. Seeing is believing!
