Abundant and tasty pistachio cream!

Pizzeria I Gladiatori is located in Belpasso and makes excellent takeaway pizzas, including, of course, their pistachio pizza.
I have had the chance to try this pizza several times and it is, quite possibly, one of my favorites among takeaway pistachio pizzas. The strong point is undoubtedly the abundance of the pistachio cream, but also its excellent preparation! The cream, which is based on heavy cream, has a great, truly delicious pistachio flavor, as well as a rich consistency that makes it very pleasant on the palate.
The cream also contains a hint of onion, but it is perfectly measured so as not to overpower the pistachio taste in any way. Everything is covered by a generous layer of mozzarella (sometimes slightly excessive, but never annoying).
The dough is also very good, with the right balance of softness and crunchiness, as well as excellent leavening.
A simple but delicious pizza, thanks to the pistachio flavor of its cream.
