Quality pistachio, but it could use more cream!

Pizzeria Espressa Serafino is located in the heart of Catania, just a few steps from the central Via Umberto, and offers both dine-in and takeaway. We tried one of their pistachio pizzas.
The menu features three variations, all with pistachio cream and crushed pistachios, which differ based on the ingredient that "accompanies" the pistachio. We can choose between: mortadella, cooked ham, or mushrooms. For our test, we opted for the delicacy of the ham.
The pizza looks good, with crushed pistachios of a very intense green, as well as a pistachio cream that also has a convincing green color (and isn't too pale). Upon tasting, the quality of the pistachio is confirmed; it is very sweet and aromatic, providing a pleasant pistachio flavor. The cream, which is cream-based, is truly very good, although unfortunately the layer is very thin and leaves the pizza a bit dry in several spots.
The ingredients are all of excellent quality, even the ham, which is truly delicious (many pizzerias prefer to save money on cold cuts, but that doesn't seem to be the case here).
Given the quality of the pistachio, this is a pizza that, with a double dose of cream and crushed pistachios, could reach the top score! As it stands, the rating is 7/10.
