Intense parmesan flavor that unfortunately masks the pistachio.

Burgerpizza, in Catania, is a pizzeria offering both takeout and plenty of seating (including outdoor tables in the summer). They make good pizzas and pizzoli, so we tried their pistachio pizza.
The dough is quite good, in line with most takeout pizzerias in Catania, and the quality of the ingredients is good, from the parmesan to the ham. Unfortunately, the pistachio cream has an intense parmesan flavor which, although very tasty, completely masks the pistachio.
Overall, it is a pleasant and well-topped pizza at a very competitive price, but one where the pistachio flavor is clearly pushed into the background, hence our rating of 4/10.
