Delicious pistachio and tons of options available!
400 Gradi Sicilia Gourmet 2.0 is a lovely pizzeria with seating, located in a prime spot on the corner of Corso Italia and just a short walk from Piazza Europa!
This pizzeria is the evolution of the "400 Gradi" pizzeria, known until a few years ago as an excellent takeaway spot, which has now evolved into a beautiful sit-down restaurant.
The menu is vast and full of options: appetizers, pizzas, sandwiches, and more. The selection of ingredients and combinations is also very rich, ranging from the simplest dishes (like an excellent margherita) to the more complex ones (like the pizza in the photo).
Even the most elaborate items are well-crafted, aiming, as much as possible, to let you taste every single ingredient. Pistachio is undoubtedly one of the stars of their menu, and it is of excellent quality!
However, there are also many other interesting dishes that are worth trying!
I highly recommend starting with an appetizer of pistachio fries (exceptional), whether you choose the classic ones or the sweet ones (the orange ones, to be clear).
The pizza dough is highly hydrated, making it very light, which helps balance the richness of the toppings on some of the more elaborate pizzas.
If you are hungry and looking for "bold" pairings, this pizzeria is definitely a spot to consider!
