Le Tre Farine is a true institution when it comes to pistachio pizzas in Catania, and beyond!
The dough is incredibly light, with a great crumb structure and a slightly rustic finish.
The menu is packed with foodporn-style pizzas, but there are also plenty of simple, high-quality options (like the one with yellow tomatoes).
Although they make excellent pizzas, their signature dish remains the "Pizza Burger", which is a tower of pizzas (no, there is no hamburger inside) that is among my absolute favorite dishes!
Although it might look huge (and overwhelming), it will actually surprise you with its balance of flavors, making it a "foodporn" creation that truly stands out from the crowd!
Obviously, if you're not a big eater, I recommend sharing it, but I can guarantee that it's less "intimidating" than it appears.
