Just a few meters from Via Umberto, in the heart of Catania, the Serafino arancineria turns out hundreds of freshly made arancini every day, with dozens of flavors available.
Pros:
- freshly made arancini ready in just a few minutes
- vegetarian
Cons:
- too much cheese, it masks the pistachio

Good frying and well-cooked rice are definitely a great start!
The inside is super creamy, with abundant cheese and "sweet" notes, very tasty and enjoyable.
However, the pistachio flavor is very subtle, even when you get the chopped pistachios that get "lost" in the cheese.
The price is quite high.
