Bar Alecci, in Gravina di Catania, needs no introduction among pistachio enthusiasts. Historically famous for its pistachio granita, it actually crafts many other excellent pistachio products, both sweet and savory, which they have decided to "summarize" in an interesting pistachio apericena!
Available every FRIDAY by reservation, the apericena includes:
- Chips, olives, and salted pistachios
- Pistachio arancino
- Pistachio cannellone (or another pasta dish)
- Pistachio parmigiana
- Pistachio meat roll
- Pistachio potato croquette
- Cocktail of your choice
- Pistachio dessert of the day
- Cover charge included
At a cost of only 18 € per person (and everything listed above is per person), it is a truly great deal.
The food quality is truly high, with a consistently strong pistachio flavor, thanks to the use of a high-quality pure pistachio paste (which has always distinguished Bar Alecci).
