Very tasty and well-made, but you can't really taste the pistachio.

Opera Prima, in Catania, offers a wide selection of tavola calda items, some quite original, inside a very well-kept venue. We tried their arancino al pistacchio.
Unfortunately, the pistachio flavor is far too faint, reminding us more of a butter arancino.
In terms of overall taste, however, the arancino is truly delicious, with a thin and crispy breading and a very tasty filling (which, as mentioned, resembles a butter arancino).
This product undoubtedly demonstrates the overall quality of their tavola calda (which we recommend), but in our opinion, the amount of pistachio in this product should be increased.
