Panificio Tre Santi is a small bakery located in Catania, near the Cibali stadium.

Among the many pane condito I have tasted, theirs is currently my favorite!

In addition to a very crispy rustic bread, the real excellence lies in the balance of the ingredients.

Mortadella, burrata, and pistachio pesto are perfectly balanced, so that no ingredient overpowers the others, creating a delicious harmony that is never cloying.

The pistachio pesto used is of excellent quality, providing a great pistachio flavor that doesn't overshadow the rest of the ingredients.
