Intense and natural pistachio, with an extraordinary filling.

Bar Condorelli is a true Sicilian institution, renowned in particular for its famous torroncini, but also excellent for enjoying many other Sicilian specialties. The historic location is in Belpasso, but for some time now they have also opened a shop in Catania, on Via Etnea, just a few steps from Piazza Stesicoro.
Their arancino al pistacchio is, quite possibly, one of the best in all of Sicily! The filling, with its intense and natural green color, has an enveloping pistachio flavor.
What’s particularly special is the ability to highlight the natural sweetness of the pistachio without pushing the roasting. It’s creamy, with a very delicate cheese, and no meat, making it perfect for vegetarians as well.
The rice is cooked perfectly. The breading tends to be slightly less impressive at the Catania location (since they are prepared in Belpasso), but it is still well worth getting to enjoy its excellent filling!
