If you are looking for a good gelateria in Milazzo (Messina), a great option is definitely Chantilly Cafè, which offers a wide assortment of flavors and, above all, a good pistachio gelato.
The texture of the gelato is excellent, creamy just the way it should be, and the flavor is equally great and well-balanced. The pistachio taste is truly good and well-defined, with no unwanted aftertastes (typically almond or too much milk). As true pistachio connoisseurs know, pistachio has many flavor nuances, and in this gelato, you can perceive a subtle but interesting note of the natural pistachio flavor (the pulp).
