Generous pistachio, but too much sugar.

Bar Niny is located in Letojanni, halfway between Catania and Messina, a seaside town near the world-famous Taormina. We tried their pistachio granita.
Regarding the pistachio, you can clearly taste the use of plenty of pure pistachio paste, which makes the flavor quite intense, although of average quality.
On the negative side, the overall taste is marred by an excessive amount of sugar which, in my opinion, is quite annoying. This is a detail that could certainly be easily corrected (and we hope it will be).
The brioche is delicious; it reminds me a bit of the taste of milk buns and is very soft.
