Excellent pistachio flavor, balanced between natural and roasted notes

Caffè Stazione in Tusa is located right inside the Tusa train station, just a few steps from the sea.
They offer top-tier granitas and gelato, as well as some savory options perfect for a quick meal on a beach day.
The pistachio granita is expertly crafted, offering a great balance between creaminess and fluffiness. The color is very natural, and upon tasting, it reveals a truly authentic pistachio flavor, with an excellent balance of natural notes and roasting.
There is no almond aftertaste or artificial flavoring whatsoever.
The mulberry granita is also worth mentioning: among the best I have ever had, with an incredibly intense color and flavor that tastes 100% like fresh fruit.
The brioche is good, but not as extraordinary as the granitas, at least for my personal taste (I would have preferred it slightly less "dense").
Without a doubt, a must-visit stop if you are in Tusa, because the granita is truly excellent!
