Excellent pistachio pesto on a great Neapolitan dough!

If you live in Milano or Firenze and want to enjoy an excellent pistachio pizza, you can explore the flavors at Briscola Pizza, which has several locations spread across these two Italian cities.
We went to test it in Milano, at the Via Piero della Francesca location, and were truly impressed by both the quality of the pistachio and the dough. We assume the quality is the same at the other locations in the chain.
Their "2 pizzette" formula, featuring pizzas about 20 cm in diameter, is really fun and allows you to enjoy two different pizzas: the perfect solution for the eternally indecisive!
The pistachio pizza is called "Mortadella" and is made with fiordilatte mozzarella, cubed mortadella, and pistachio pesto.
The dough is soft and well-leavened, in a Neapolitan style, and perfectly flavorful. We really loved both the texture and the taste. The pistachio pesto used is truly very good and, although it usually comes in a generous portion, we still recommend explicitly asking for an extra-generous dose when you place your order.
Note that the pistachio pesto can also be requested as an add-on on any other pizza (though we advise against being too daring with overly complex pizzas, otherwise you'll lose the flavor).
The venue is nice and well-decorated, with very friendly staff, and the service is definitely fast.
Given the excellent pistachio flavor, it deserves a rating of 8/10 and is among the pizzas that have impressed us the most, even superior to many of those we have tried in Sicilia.
