Candies with a creamy pistachio filling!
The new Rossana pistachio candies quickly grabbed attention thanks to their surprising flavor, which is quite rare for a mass-market product of this type. Naturally, a review by Pistacchissimo was a must!
On the outside, we find the usual hard candy, very rich in sugar, which encases a pistachio cream. The pistachio content is 7.7%, so not very high in absolute terms, but definitely remarkable for a mass-market product.
Despite the percentage not being very high (for comparison, consider that the average for jarred creams is 30%), the pistachio flavor is clearly defined, and above all, it has no artificial aftertaste.

This is certainly yet another example of how the market for packaged pistachio products is slowly changing, with the introduction of quality products that were completely unthinkable just a few years ago.
