Excellent chocolate, but the pistachio needs a rethink!
Bindi is a famous company in the catering world, offering a vast range of very good desserts available to restaurateurs, who can easily expand their dessert menu. We tried their cuore caldo al pistacchio and, unfortunately, we didn't find it comparable to their other products.
The outer chocolate cake is delicious, in perfect Bindi style. The problem, from our point of view, is the cream inside, with an almond-like flavor that didn't remind us of pistachio at all. A real shame, as we are used to the general quality of their products.
As always, we hope they can revisit the product to offer a stronger pistachio taste that matches the excellent cocoa batter.
