Yogurt and pistachio are not an easy pairing, because the tangy taste of yogurt is quite aggressive against the delicate flavor of pistachio; nevertheless, there is a fair amount of interest in this product, which leads many producers to offer their own pistachio-flavored yogurt.
Most of those found on the market have extremely low percentages of pistachio and therefore fail to offer an actual pistachio taste, but there are a few exceptions.
It is important to specify that even "the best" have a decidedly subtle pistachio taste, so the ratings are contextualized to the product category. Concretely, this means that, for example, a yogurt with a "3 pistachios" rating will have a much less intense pistachio flavor compared to a gelato with the same rating.
