Extraordinary pistachio chocolate tartufi!
While browsing the shelves of the well-stocked Eataly in Milan, we stumbled upon the white chocolate pistachio tartufini produced by Antica Torroneria Piemontese, though they are also easily found online.

The packaging is very attractive, with attention to every detail, and the tartufi are individually wrapped.
Once opened and after the first bite, you experience an extraordinary taste, with a soft and delicious tartufo, featuring an intense pistachio flavor combined with white chocolate.
The craftsmanship is optimal, and the significant percentage of pistachio is clearly noticeable amidst the white chocolate. The "matte white" layer on the tartufino is completely normal.
A product that we loved and highly recommend, as they are undoubtedly among the best pistachio chocolates we have ever tasted.
They deserve a full score of 8/10 for their excellent pistachio flavor.
