The restaurant "Marisco" is located on the beautiful seafront of Marina di Ragusa and offers both a large outdoor area for the summer and indoor seating.
Among the many seafood pasta dishes, we also tried the paccheri with tuna and pistachio.
The overall quality is excellent, thanks to the al dente pasta, which pairs perfectly with the creaminess of the sauce—very rich and indulgent.
The most prominent flavors are the tuna and the tomato. The pistachio, on the other hand, remains a delicate undertone; it's perceptible but not the star, serving to sweeten the dish.
A dish that I really enjoyed and would recommend, provided you aren't looking for an intense pistachio flavor. For a main course, I also recommend the tonno al pistacchio, where the pistachio is much more pronounced.
