Very faint pistachio and a very sweet granita.

Bar del Liceo is a small café in Rosolini that gets its name from its location in front of a high school. Their production is entirely artisanal, and we tried their pistachio granita.
The granita has a very watery consistency, which makes it refreshing. Unfortunately, however, the pistachio flavor is really very faint and only features a few notes of roasting. There are no unwanted artificial flavors or traces of almond, which is a positive.
In our opinion, the granita is also excessively sweet. This same flaw is not present in the toasted almond (for example), which is instead well-balanced and very pleasant.
To improve it, we suggest increasing the percentage of pistachio and reducing the sugar a little.
