Very subtle pistachio and a light almond aftertaste.

The Cavallino Rosso bar is located in Cassibile, near the famous seaside resort of Fontane Bianche (province of Siracusa).
The pistachio granita has a very creamy texture, which is definitely pleasant. Unfortunately, the pistachio flavor is very subtle and you only perceive the toasted notes (though even these are not intense).
There is a slight almond aftertaste, but this is also not particularly pronounced.
The sugar is well-balanced and the brioche are excellent (although mine was a bit burnt on the bottom, but these are occasional mistakes that can happen).
