One of the best pistachio burgers in Sicily!
Caffè Cavaliere is located in Ferla and makes excellent sandwiches, desserts, and much more. They recently created an exceptional pistachio burger called TRILOGY, which to date is one of the best I've eaten anywhere in Sicily!
Ingredients:
- Pistachio-flavored bun
- Burger stuffed with artisanal donkey mortadella and topped with pistachio crumble
- Pistachio pesto (70% pistachio)
- Buffalo stracciatella
- Pistachio flour
The quality of the ingredients is top-notch, all perfectly seasoned, with a creaminess that melts in your mouth. It's never difficult to take a bite, as you can easily get all the ingredients in one go, and they blend perfectly together.
All the flavors are distinct yet perfectly harmonized, offering both a very intense pistachio taste and the pleasure of savoring the other ingredients.
Ferla is also close to the beautiful Pantalica, making it the perfect stop to recharge after a nice hike!
I absolutely recommend going to try it, but if you have a long way to travel, I always suggest calling ahead, because since everything is artisanal, they might not always have all the ingredients available!
