One of the most famous arancini in Bronte.

Pasticceria f.lli Gangi is one of the go-to spots in Bronte for all things pistachio. After raving about the quality of their gelato, it was time to try another one of their famous products: the pistachio arancino.
Looking at reviews on Facebook and TripAdvisor, the pistachio arancino from f.lli Gangi is one of the most highly regarded in Bronte, but is it really that good? Upon tasting, it confirms that it is an excellent arancino, fried well with perfectly cooked rice. The filling is truly generous and tasty, but it is worth noting the presence of very small pieces of meat, so it is not suitable for vegetarians.
Focusing on the pistachio flavor, it is present, but not particularly intense, as is the case with almost all arancini with a very creamy filling. In light of this, the rating is a solid 4 pistachios.
We are looking at an excellent pistachio arancino, but in my opinion, it is not the best in Bronte; I personally prefer the one from Bar Tartufo (which, by the way, is meat-free).
