Too much onion and too much pepper, they overpower the pistachio.

Rating: 4/10
The pistachio arancino is likely one of the most requested items in Bronte's bars, as it brings together two authentic symbols of Sicily: the arancino and the pistachio. This time, we decided to try the pistachio arancino offered by Bar Pasticceria "Di Vincenzo", in Bronte.
The arancino is crispy, thanks to a well-executed fry, and generously filled. The choice not to include meat is also very significant, making it suitable for vegetarians as well.
Unfortunately, despite the truly stunning green color, we couldn't detect any pistachio flavor, due to an intrusive onion taste and a significant amount of pepper. It is tasty, yes, but at times excessively peppery and, sadly, lacking any pistachio flavor.
Although we started off very optimistic, especially given the absence of meat (which is often to blame for masking the pistachio), the product did not thrill us. Therefore, our rating is 4/10, as we were unable to perceive the taste of the pistachio.
