Considered one of the best in town, it certainly features a filling with a truly delicious pistachio flavor. Unfortunately, however, the filling is decidedly sparse, offering you the taste of pistachio only in a few bites.
The filling is excellent and the rice is great, making the arancino definitely enjoyable.
We have also talked about their pistachio cartocciata, filled with the same cream, where more generous portions manage to make a much stronger impression.
It could aspire to a higher rating, but given the sparse filling, the score stops at 7/10. It remains one of the best in Bronte and is definitely good.
