Delicious and flavorful, but the pistachio lacks impact.

Located on the central Via Umberto in Bronte, Bar Conti Gallenti is one of the most famous in town. We naturally had to try one of their specialties: the pistachio arancino.
The crispy frying and tasty filling confirm the quality of the arancino, where the excellent flavor of the diced ham really stands out. Unfortunately, this flavor takes charge, heavily masking the pistachio, which is barely noticeable.
Everything is held together by a creamy cheese that is also very pleasant.
Ultimately, it is an excellent arancino, but one where the pistachio remains a subtle background note, hence the rating for pistachio flavor: 7/10.
