Exquisite, flavorful, and creamy, but the pistachio gets lost.

Located on the central Via Umberto in Bronte, "Gusto by Saitta Catering" serves up pizzas, arancini, and other goodies! We tried their pistachio arancino.
Living up to its reputation, this is an excellent arancino in many respects: the frying, the creamy interior, and the great flavor.
Focusing, as is our habit, on the pistachio flavor, we unfortunately couldn't perceive it much, due to an extremely tasty filling. Thanks to the delicious meat soffritto, which is as good as it is "invasive" towards the delicate pistachio.
We were particularly surprised by the creaminess of the interior, which contrasts perfectly with the crunchiness of the breading.
Ultimately, a truly delicious arancino, thanks to the creamy and tasty filling, but one in which the pistachio gets lost, hence the rating, based exclusively on the pistachio flavor, of 4/10.
