A powdery texture and an almond-forward flavor.

Era Ora - Semplicemente Pizza is located in Gravina di Catania, inside a service station, and offers a wide selection of very interesting sweet and savory products, including fresh artisanal granite. We tried their pistachio granita.
Unfortunately, we weren't very impressed by the granita, both because of the texture, which was a bit too "powdery," and the flavor, which felt a bit flat, but above all, we detected a noticeable almond taste that inevitably masks the pistachio.
We hope, as always, that they might revisit the recipe, and we would be more than happy to return and try it again.
As it stands, although you can tell it is an artisanal product, when it comes to the pistachio experience, the rating is not very high.
