Excellent pistachio cream and a tasty stuffed crust!

Takeaway pizza is an essential pleasure, especially when it's a fantastic pistachio pizza like the ones offered by Pizza Inn. in Catania!
Looking at the menu, you'll be spoiled for choice, as this pizzeria features three different pizzas with pistachio cream to satisfy everyone:
- Deliziosa: buffalo mozzarella, pistachio pesto, cream, parmesan shavings (I suggest adding chopped pistachios).
- Elegante: buffalo mozzarella, pistachio pesto, cherry tomatoes, mortadella, parmesan shavings, and chopped pistachios.
- Splendida: buffalo mozzarella, pistachio pesto, porcini mushrooms, speck, parmesan shavings, and chopped pistachios.
All three are excellent, but my favorite is the "Deliziosa" because you can really enjoy the pistachio cream as the main ingredient, and it stands out more since it isn't masked by the flavor of cured meats! Plus, it's perfect for vegetarians too!
The dough is truly delicious, soft just the right amount, and fragrant—absolutely perfect (provided you aren't looking for a crispy-style pizza). The toppings are very generous, and all the ingredients are fresh and high-quality! If you're feeling particularly adventurous, like yours truly, you can dare to ask for "double pistachio cream".
All in all, an excellent pizza, certainly among the best, which fully deserves a rating of 4 pistachios.
Although the "standard" version is already great, you'll get the best experience with a fantastic Philadelphia-stuffed crust, which pairs beautifully with the pistachio. Also, keep in mind that every Thursday, all special pizzas are on offer for €5, including the pistachio ones! There's no better excuse to try it (and get hooked).
