La Dolce Vita, in Catania, is a good takeaway pizzeria, where we decided to try their pistachio pizza.
The ingredients are of good quality and the pizza is overall pleasant, with a fairly crispy crust, typical of most takeaway pizzerias in Catania.
The pistachio flavor, unfortunately, is practically imperceptible, given the small amount of pistachio flour crumble, which is totally masked by the taste of the cheese and cold cuts.
Although the end result is a good pizza to enjoy, the rating for the pistachio flavor is 4/10.
