Plenty of pistachio and a great dough!
Lievito&Farina is now a sit-down pizzeria located in Pedara, though some may remember it started as a takeaway pizzeria in Gravina di Catania.
Thanks to their great success, driven primarily by their pistachio pizzas, they decided to evolve from a takeaway spot into a full-service restaurant.
The menu is packed with pistachio pizzas, including some very original shapes (cannolo, cipollina, etc.), so covering them all is quite a challenge. What they all have in common is a generous dusting of pistachio on top, as well as an excellent pistachio pesto.
In some pizzas with fewer ingredients, the pistachio dominates, while in others it is a bit more subtle: it will be up to you to choose the one that best suits your taste.
