The gnocchi are dressed with pistachio, cream, speck, and shaved Grana cheese—all top-quality ingredients perfectly balanced for a perfect harmony of flavors. The speck is crispy and savory, the Grana shavings are delicious and abundant, and the cream is just the right amount of sweet and smooth, but naturally, the real masterpiece is the pistachio.
Although they are nearly perfect, I'm not giving them a full score because I would have liked a bit more pistachio cream mixed into the sauce, but that is truly striving for perfection.
