Among the dishes on their menu, their pasta courses are certainly the most renowned, ranging from an excellent Carbonara to the Pasta al Pistacchio (the subject of this review).
The pistachio flavor is intense and well-defined, with a rich and creamy sauce. The stracciatella completes the dish, and the absence of meat makes it perfect for vegetarians too!
Without a doubt, the best pasta al pistacchio you can find for lunch in Catania, but in general, it is one of the best around, so it is highly recommended for dinner as well.
