A good gluten-free arancino.

Arancinissimi & Risottissimi, in Catania, is a small spot specializing in excellent arancini in many different flavors, including, of course, the pistachio arancino. The availability of a gluten-free version is also very interesting!
The frying is perfect, both in the classic and the gluten-free version (made with rice flour). Personally, in terms of flavor, I believe the classic breading remains the best, but the gluten-free one is also excellent and will be a more than acceptable compromise for those with this dietary requirement! The rice is also great.
Tasting the pistachio arancino, we discover a rich filling, which is very good, but in terms of pistachio flavor, it feels a bit too "diluted" by the cheese.
There are no pieces of meat, so it is also suitable for vegetarians.
