Good pistachio filling, but not very abundant.

Caffè Europa, in Adrano, works with pistachio masterfully, creating excellent products, both sweet and savory. We tried their pistachio arancino to reveal what it's like.
The arancino comes in the classic "pointed" shape, typical of ragù ones, but with a dusting of pistachio on the outside that helps identify what it's actually hiding inside.
The pistachio filling is not very abundant, leaving a lot of room for the plain rice, nevertheless the pistachio flavor in the cream is well-defined, providing the characteristic sweetness of the pistachio and making the arancino very pleasant.
With a slightly more intense cream and a bit more filling, it would easily reach the top score. As it stands, our rating is 8/10, placing it firmly above average!
