A good arancino, but the pistachio lacks flavor.

Mr.Arancino, in Catania, is an express arancineria with a vast selection of arancini: we naturally tried their pistachio arancino.
The outer frying is good and crispy, and the rice is cooked perfectly. The presentation is very nice, with crushed pistachios on top.
The inside, made with pistachio pesto and Grana cheese, is tasty thanks to the cheese, but not very aromatic in terms of pistachio. The pistachio flavor is just a light background note, not very pronounced, whether due to the dosage or the type of pistachio used.
Ultimately, a good arancino, but with a very light pistachio taste, hence the average rating of 7/10.
