Pistachio Arancino - Caffè Europa (Catania)

Tasty and well-balanced. The pistachio flavor is not intense.

Caffè Europa is one of my favorite bars to enjoy an excellent granita al pistacchio in Catania. For a quick meal, I tried their pistachio arancino.

The arancino is very good, with a crispy fried exterior and a tasty filling.

Inside, we find cheese, pistachio, and a few bits of meat (I believe it's speck). The flavors are well-balanced, with a nice savoriness and no flavor that dominates too much (typically onion or meat).

The pistachio taste remains very subtle, but the arancino is definitely very enjoyable.
